Steps to Success Program Working Well

I’m thrilled about the new Steps to Success program from United First Financial.  It’s their new training program to help new agents be successful.  They have taken the best ideas from the top leaders in the company and put them all into one streamlined approach that is easy to follow and fun to teach.  I’m doing some workshops on setting appointments this week.  Just the mention of the new workshop generated some response and some of my agents called with appointments set.  The new agents are so excited about the Steps to Success program because they can be trained in a faster way and not be so scared to get started.  I have had previous sales training, so I jumped right in and started doing things, but my new agents have never done sales before and are scared to talk with their friends and family about it because they don’t know what to do.
